I gave these rollerblades as a gift and my nephew couldnt even stand up because the rollerblades had no grip and he just slid around and they were not safe. I contacted the seller and they contacted me back promptly but their return policy SUCKS! All I could get was a credit and they were going to charge me a %10 restocking fee if they didnt get the rollerblades back within 10 days of contacting me. Crappy product... even crappier return policy.
